✨ Workshop Cancellation & Refund Policy ✨

• All workshop bookings are confirmed upon full payment.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made by participants.
• Rescheduling is allowed once if notice is given at least 48 hours before the workshop date, subject to slot availability.
• Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of the workshop will be non-transferable and non-refundable.
• In the event that a participant is unable to attend, the slot may be transferred to another person with prior notice.
• If the workshop is cancelled by Lynette Lee Jewellery due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered a full refund or rescheduled date.

* Earrings are made using s925 silver/ 24k gold plated or stainless steel finishing, hence it is suitable for sensitive ears as it's nickel free.

* Please note: Each pieces of crystal may vary slightly in size, appearance, grain & colour as our crystals are natural element & hand crafted.
